Rep. Claudia Tenney forsees First Amendment challenges with Biden administration’s new Title IX regulations

Rep. Claudia Tenney, R-N.Y., speaks during the press conference outside the Capitol on Monday, Nov. 1, 2021, with first responders facing termination for refusing to accept the COVID-19 vaccine.

Representative Claudia Tenney (R-NY) says the Biden administration’s trans-inclusive changes to Title IX test our First Amendment rights. “Forcing people to use pronouns, in my view of the First Amendment, is what’s called compelled speech and the freedom of speech prohibits the government from telling people what to say,” she says. “It’s like they can’t tell you you have to say the Pledge of Allegiance or stand for the flag. And so forcing someone to actually use pronouns that they don’t choose to use and then holding your employer liable to me is going to have First Amendment problems.” Additional interviews with Chairman of the House Administration Subcommittee on Oversight Barry Loudermilk, Arizona Congressional Candidate Abe Hamadeh, Former Advisor to Borris Johnson Thomas Corbett-Dillon, and PublicSq. Founder & CEO Michael Seifert. To see the daily show, go to americasvoice.news each Monday through Friday at 6pm Eastern or watch any time at JustTheViews.com
