Kimberly Hermann: Title IX exists to protect women in education, not to eviscerate them

Southeastern Legal Foundation Executive Director Kimberly Hermann says she expects the National Collegiate Athletics Association to follow the Biden administration's lead on Title IX reform and require schools to allow men to compete in women’s sports. “At the end of the day, a woman is a woman, a man is a man, and Title IX is there to protect women in education and not to eviscerate them,” says Hermann.
