Ben Lieberman: US emission regulations are ‘trivial’ considering China's carbon footprint
Ben Lieberman, Senior Fellow at the Competitive Enterprise Institute, says the United States’ efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions don’t make economic or environmental sense. “Right now, China's greenhouse gas emissions are about two and a half times that of the U.S. and growing faster,” he says.
