Professor Emeritus of Epidemiology at the Yale School of Public Health, Dr. Harvey Risch, says that if Pfizer mutated the virus and released it into circulation, it would be domestic terrorism.

"If they were to do that, the vaccine would only be useful if the virus that they're inventing actually got out into the population," Dr. Risch said on Wednesday's edition of the "Just the News, No Noise" TV show. "That would be an act of domestic terrorism if that happened. So they're probably not doing that. We hope they're not doing that. But that's the concern."

Project Veritas released a report last week and video footage of a Pfizer research executive claiming the company was involved in experimenting with the "mutating" of the COVID-19 virus in a study for new vaccines.

Pfizer has since denied this is true and Dr. Harvey Risch says he doubts this is happening.

"My first reaction is that in what he's talking about, he's an amateur and he doesn't really have depth of knowledge about the nature of how these viruses are propagated," Dr. Risch said regarding the Pfizer executive in the Project Veritas video.

"There's a very, very deep extensive field of virology, and he's talking about his superficial concepts of how he thinks the overall picture is organized for working with these viruses," he continued. "But it is much more involved than that. There's a lot of other techniques that go into propagating these viruses."

"They're incentivized not to do anything bad with that type of gain of function research," he later stated. "Where our concern is whether they're doing gain of function research in order to make a vaccine."
