NASA has formally recruited tech billionaires Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos to return humans to the Moon by 2024.

A social media exchange between Trump acolyte Elon Musk and fellow billionaire entrepreneur Jeff Bezos, over him allegedly predicting the former president would lose Nov. 5, appears to ended before having turned into a full-blown beef.

"Just learned tonight at Mar-a-Lago that Jeff Bezos was telling everyone that @realDonaldTrump would lose for sure, so they should sell all their Tesla and SpaceX stock," Musk wrote on X.

Bezos responded: "Nope. 100% not true."

Musk, who will have a post in the new Trump administration, replied: "Well, then, I stand corrected."

Following Trump's victory, Bezos congratulated him for his win.

"Big congratulations to our 45th and now 47th President on an extraordinary political comeback and decisive victory. No nation has bigger opportunities. Wishing @realDonaldTrump all success in leading and uniting the America we all love," he wrote.
