Australian heiress and entrepreneur Savannah Daisley is in custody and awaiting trial for allegedly having sex with an underage boy while she was intoxicated.

The 48-year-old Smart Cleanse founder allegedly had sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old boy four times within a 24-hour period and was highly intoxicated at the time, according to police, per News.com.

Police assert she admitted to kissing the victim during a phone tap.

The New South Wales Child Abuse Unit arrested Daisley on June 27. She faces four counts of aggravated sexual intercourse with a child between 14 and 16 years old. She intends to plead not guilty.

A judge denied her offer of $10,000 bail asserting her release was not in the public interest, Breitbart News noted.

Daisley, the daughter of famous Australian horse breeder Ross Daisley, founded detox company Smart Cleanse in 2014 and has built a social media presence around her brand, highlighting her own health struggles.

Her social media accounts were not publicly accessible as of Friday evening, though News.com noted she had built a following of over 40,000 on Instagram alone.
