Federal judge refuses to block DOGE access to Labor Department systems
"On the current record, plaintiffs have failed to establish standing," U.S. District Judge John Bates wrote. "So although the Court harbors concerns about defendants' alleged conduct, it must deny plaintiffs' motion at this time."
A federal judge decided on Friday not to block the Department of Government Efficiency, or DOGE, from accessing systems at the Labor Department.
In the ruling, the judge cited a lack of evidence of legal injury provided by labor unions.
