Three different men accuse Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs of raping them while unconscious
One of the men who filed a lawsuit was an employee of Combs.
Three different men filed lawsuits earlier this week alleging that Sean "Diddy" Combs raped them while they were unconscious after they had spiked drinks.
The lawsuits were filed anonymously by attorney Thomas Giuffra in a New York state Supreme Court. The assaults allegedly happened between 2019 and 2022.
One of the men who filed a lawsuit was an employee of Combs who told NBC News that the rapper had sexually assaulted him at a New York hotel where they met to discuss a “substantial amount of money” he was owed.
He told the news outlet that during the meeting, Combs served him a drink and assaulted him after he became unconscious as the drink made him tired.
In September, the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Southern District of New York charged Combs with racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution, after he was arrested in Manhattan.
The indictment comes after a months-long investigation that included raids on his homes in Miami, Florida and Los Angeles, California.
Combs' attorneys have also said their client is having his constitutional rights violated in prison. His earlier requests for bail were denied.
