Stacey Abrams announced her second run for governor of Georgia Wednesday afternoon on Twitter.

In a video attached to the Tweet, Abrams says she has worked for four years volunteering across Georgia.

"I've worked to do my part to help families make it through," the Georgia Democrat said as the campaign video shows her praying with a family.

The former state house minority leader claimed she has helped Georgians pay off medical debt while expanding vaccine access.

Similar to President Joe Biden's message of unity, Abrams reiterated the idea of "one Georgia" several times throughout the video.

Abrams was defeated by Gov. Brian Kemp (R) in 2018 by less than 55,000 votes.
