Florida Republican lawmakers filed bills on Tuesday to ban abortion after six weeks of pregnancy.

Exceptions are given for rape or incest or to save a mother's life, Politico reported.

Abortions are already outlawed in Florida after 15 weeks of pregnancy and no exceptions are given for rape or incest.
