Trump calls Biden an insurrectionist following ban from the Colorado ballot

Biden said it was "self-evident" that Trump was an insurrectionist when asked about it by a reporter.
Joe Biden, Nov. 26, 2023, Nantucket, Mass.

Former President Donald Trump turned the tables on a common Democrat refrain and accused President Joe Biden of being an insurrectionist.

"I’m not an Insurrectionist (“PEACEFULLY & PATRIOTICALLY”), Crooked Joe Biden is!!!" Trump wrote on his TRUTH Social platform.

On Tuesday, Trump was booted off the Colorado ballot by the state Supreme Court. The court cited that it was because he engaged in an insurrection against the United States via the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol Riot and was therefore ineligible.

Biden later said it was "self-evident" that Trump was an insurrectionist when asked about it by a reporter.

Trump later cited examples of Biden being an insurrectionist such as the open border and Biden "destroying" America with anti fossil fuel policies, according to The Epoch Times.

As of now, the White House has not responded to Trump's claim.
