A California jury on Tuesday found Bill Cosby sexually assaulted Judy Huth in 1975 when she was 16 years old.

The jury also awarded Huth $500,000 in damages, The New York Times reported.

Huth initially came forward with her accusations against the now-disgraced comedian in 2014.

Many other women who claimed Cosby assaulted them were unable to move forward with their cases because they did not come forward at the time of the alleged attack.

Cosby, 84, has denied all accusations from the women and insisted that the encounters were always consensual.

California law allows people who were assaulted as minors to file civil lawsuits decades later.

Huth, now 64, testified that Cosby invited her to the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles, where he violated her.

Cosby was released from prison last year after serving three years for drugging and assaulting Andrea Constand in 2004. Pennsylvania state Supreme Court overturned the case on due process grounds.
