A Mexican national in Texas is suspected of killing five of his neighbors after one of them requested he stop shooting his gun late Friday night, saying it was disrupting a baby's sleep.

The suspect is 39-year-old Francisco Oropeza, according to San Jacinto County Sheriff Greg Capers. The shootings took place in Cleveland, Texas, about 50 miles north of Houston.

As of now, Oropeza is at large, but Sheriff Capers told Fox News Digital that they have located the suspect and have him pinned in a wooded area about a mile from the crime scene.

Police said that the Texas Department of Corrections has sent a team with dogs, officers on horseback and a drone in the air to track down Oropeza and arrest him.

"Nobody should ever have to witness this," Capers said to Fox News Digital. "Nobody should ever have to live through this."

Capers said that 10 people were inside the home at the time of the shooting and the victims, all from Honduras, range in age from eight to approximately 40 years old. Three others were found covered in blood inside the home, but it wasn't known at this time whether or not they were injured.

Several guns were also recovered from the suspect's home by a SWAT team. The gunman was believed to be intoxicated at the time of the shootings.
