The Houston Astros defeated the Philadelphia Phillies 4-1 on Saturday night to secure their second World Series title while delivering long-time manager Dusty Baker his first championship ring as a skipper.

Yordan Alvarez delivered the big blow with a monstrous three-run homer as Houston won the final three games of the Series after trailing 2-1.

Players and coaches embraced the 73-year-old Baker after a foul ball to right field made the final out.

It was Baker’s first World Series title after decades of managing. He won one title as a player with the Los Angeles Dodger in 1981.

Rookie Jeremy Peña won the series MVP.

The win also helped the Astros erase a cloud over their 2017 World Series championship, which was tainted by a sign-stealing scandal.
