The court published and then removed a log of potentially privileged documents seized from former President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate during the FBI's raid.

The list, apparently unsealed on accident, mentioned documents such as tax letters, letters about lawsuits, medical information, invoices, pardon and clemency proposals and 35 pages of handwritten notes from presidential calls, including a memo marked "Message from Rudy," possibly referring to Trump's attorney Rudy Giuliani.

The document list has since been removed from the court docket, Bloomberg reported Wednesday. It was published on the docket for Trump v. United States in the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida (West Palm Beach).

Other documents mentioned on the log include clemency letters for former Illinois Democrat Gov. Rod Blagojevich, who Trump released from prison. Other clemency and pardon proposals on the list only identified people by initials.

The Justice Department said in a filing with the log attached that it discovered seven boxes of potentially privileged material.

"Although most of the materials do not appear to be even potentially privileged ... the Privilege Review Team has not released any of these materials to the Case Team," the Justice Department stated, meaning that the agency's group reviewing privileged materials has not given any of the materials to the investigative team.

The discovery of the list comes the same day the U.S. 11th Circuit Court granted the Justice Department's motion to fast-track an appeal against having a special master review the documents seized from Trump's Florida home.
