Colorado Republican Rep. Lauren Boebert has called for a boycott of clothing brand The North Face over its partnership with a drag queen to promote an LGBT-themed event.

"Well, I guess North Face wanted to get a taste of what conservatives did to Bud Light and Target. How many times do we have to explain to the woke marketing departments at these disgusting companies that America is not a nation of degenerates?" Boebert wrote on Twitter.

"It’s time to boycott ANY product North Face has ever made. Let’s make it as shameful to wear North Face as it is to drink Bud Light!" she continued.

The conservative firebrand's ire appeared to stem from the clothing brand partnering with drag queen Pattie Gonia to host a "Summer of Pride" event. The original announcement stated that the brand believes "exploration can take many shapes and forms."

The latest boycott call follows comparable efforts against beer brand Bud Light and retail giant Target over their adoption of LGBT-related marketing and products. Both brands have attracted considerable scrutiny for LGBT-based products and marketing.

Bud Light, in particular, drew intense backlash from its partnership with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney while Target attracted ire over its offering LGBT-themed items for children, among other products.
