Conservative pro-Trump television channel One America News has been dropped by Verizon, the second major distributor to abandon the network and a troubling sign for the channel as it struggles to maintain viability.

Verizon said in a statement this week that OAN “failed to agree to fair terms” during a “business as usual carriage negotiation,” and that the company would thus drop the news network from its lineup of offerings at the end of this month.

The drop comes just several months after DirecTV similarly dropped OAN, with the network’s presence on the distributor ending in early April of this year.

Throughout the first half of 2022, multiple headline broadcasters and talent have left the network for other media outlets, with some having signed up to work for former President Donald Trump’s political action committee.
