Judge Reinhart ordered the Justice Department to deliver a redacted copy of the affidavit last week
The Justice Department released the affidavit Friday but heavily redacted large portions of the document
"We're gonna prove that mail-in ballots are not safe, are not secure, that many don't have signatures, that many of those signatures do not match," Kari Lake said.
Judicial Watch then issued its reply, saying "[t]he public interest in the contents of the affidavit cannot be understated"
Maricopa County now has to defend the claim that releasing the records would violate privacy interests or not be in the best interest of the state.
"Mr. Trump's personal affidavit is completely devoid of any useful detail," the judge wrote in his denial
The affidavit has been sent to the Department of Justice
