Cuomo calls for retired nurses and doctors to serve

<p>Gov. Andrew Cuomo Tuesday called for on retired nurses, doctors and health care workers to enter the struggle against the spreading COVID-19 virus.</p><p>Cuomo Monday said all hospitals must increase their capacity by at least 50 percent.</p>
