Governor Newsom tells Californians expect a 'new normal' as state readies to reopen

<p>California Democratic Gov. Gavin Newson told residents Tuesday to prepare for a "new normal" when cases of coronavirus drop but "normal it will not be."</p><p>Newsom told residents toexpect going out to dinner to perhaps include having their temperature taken at the door and a waiter in mask and gloves.</p>
