Virginia governor says we are fighting 'biological war' without the needed resources

<p>Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam on Monday said his state and other states areworking around the clock to get equipment to fight thecoronavirus and suggested there's a "disconnect" between what the White House says about the supply of ventilators and personal protection equipment for medical-care workers.</p><p>"We're fighting a biological war without the resourceswe need," the Democratic governor said, amid talk the U.S. now has enough ventilators to send to other countriesstruggling to save lives.</p>
