Uvalde: Outrage persists after chief Arredondo fired
Calls for accountability continue even after Uvalde School District police chief Pete Arredondo was fired during a fiery school board meeting last night. Twenty law enforcement agencies were on scene during the shooting that killed nineteen children and two adults. The Uvalde school board fired district police chief Pete Arredondo last night. Some parents were angry the discussion before the vote was behind closed doors. Others have expressed frustration it took three months to fire the chief. Others are demanding accountability from other law enforcement agencies on scene during the shooting. High on that list is the Texas Department of Public Safety -- and its director, Steven McCraw.
