Worker missing after 'violent explosion' at Newburyport pharmaceutical manufacturing company

A worker is missing after a "violent explosion" tore apart a chemical facility in Newburyport early Thursday morning. Firefighters were called to Seqens, a pharmaceutical manufacturing company, on Opportunity Way just before 1 a.m. When they arrived, they found an industrial-sized vat that had been inside the building was now about 30 feet away in a parking lot.
