New York Mets owner Steve Cohen has 5% stake in Fox Corporation: report

Billionaire and New York Mets owner Steve Cohen reportedly owns about 5% of Fox Corporation shares. 

Cohen's firm Point72 says his stake has a market value of about $350 million, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Fox Corp. owns Fox News and the Fox broadcast network.

This information was disclosed on a G13 form with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the entertainment magazine also reports. 

Point72 owns almost 10 million Fox shares and another 2.37 million in exercisable options.

SEC filing appear to show Cohen's company got a majority of the Fox holdings in recent weeks.
