Hunter Biden's federal gun charges trial continues on Wednesday with an FBI agent cross-examination.

First Lady Jill Biden, Hunter's stepmom, was spotted again in attendance at the trial.

President Joe Biden, Hunter's father, has not attended the trial.

FBI special agent Erika Jensen is serving as a witness for special counsel David Weiss' legal team. She is scheduled to testify during a cross-examination on Wednesday.

It's possible that Hunter Biden's ex-wife, Kathleen Buhle, will testify on Wednesday after Jenson's cross-examination concludes.
