Justice Thomas lists 2019 trips paid by billionaire on latest financial disclosure form

The two trips were “inadvertently omitted” from disclosure form's “reimbursement," according to Thomas' filing.
Clarence Thomas, Oct. 2021

Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas’s latest financial disclosure form disclosed Friday includes an amendment that includes trips to Bali, Indonesia and the Bohemian Grove club in California.

The 2019 trips were funded by billionaire Harlan Crow.

Justice Samuel Alito requested a 90-day extension for his financial disclosure.

The two trips were “inadvertently omitted” from disclosure form's “reimbursement," according to Thomas' filing.

Thomas was reimbursed for food and lodging at a hotel.

The filing is required by the Ethics and Government Act of 1978.

The trips were part of an investigative report published by ProPublica last year.
