Negotiators from the U.S., Iran, and Europe arrived in Vienna on Thursday for talks that could be the last chance at reviving the 2015 nuclear deal.

The deal, from which former President Trump withdrew the U.S. in 2018, places temporary curbs on Iran's nuclear program in exchange for large-scale sanctions relief.

Iranian officials have said in recent days that they have the technical ability to produce a nuclear weapon.
