President Biden on Tuesday will deliver his annual State of the Union address to a joint session of Congress.

Russia's invasion of Ukraine will take center stage in Biden's speech, as will his economic plans to lower costs for families and tackle soaring inflation. And, of course, the COVID-19 pandemic will be featured prominently.

Hindered by low approval ratings and a stalled legislative agenda, Biden will try to talk up what he sees as his accomplishments and buoy Democrats as November's midterm elections approach.
