O.J. Simpson’s cause of death revealed as prostate cancer

Simpson announced last year that he was diagnosed with prostate cancer.

O.J. Simpson’s lawyer, Malcolm LaVergne, told media outlets on Friday that his cause of death was prostate cancer.

Simpson, 76, was acquitted of the murder of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her-then boyfriend Ron Goldman in 1995.

His death was announced on April 10.

Simpson, a former football star, revealed last year that he was diagnosed with prostate cancer.
