Comedian Russell Brand has launched Rumble's first pay-per-view special, titled, "Brandemic."
Brand launched the comedy stand-up special Monday on Locals, which is Rumble's subscription-based platform, while the pay-per-view option became available to regular Rumble users on Wednesday.
"His hilarious and quick-witted approach to controversial topics is what makes him a top podcaster on Rumble and Locals," Rumble Chairman and CEO Chris Pavlovski said. "This is an exciting step for Rumble, and our pay-per-view feature sets up a competitive form of monetization for our top creators."
Brand is not the only prominent influencer to start focusing their efforts on Rumble. Conservative commentator Steven Crowder signed a deal with the platform last week to move his show there off of YouTube.
