'Saving Private Ryan' actor Tom Sizemore pronounced dead

Sizemore, 61, is also known for his roles in "Pearl Harbor," "Black Hawk Down" and, more recently, in the miniseries "Twin Peaks."

Actor Tom Sizemore, best known for his role as Mike Horvath in "Saving Private Ryan," has died following a hospitalization for a brain aneurysm.

Sizemore's manager, Charles Lago, confirmed the actor's passing to Variety. 

"It is with great sadness and sorrow I have to announce that actor Thomas Edward Sizemore (‘Tom Sizemore’) aged 61 passed away peacefully in his sleep today at St Joseph’s Hospital Burbank. His brother Paul and twin boys Jayden and Jagger (17) were at his side," Lago said.
