Three fatally shot at Kurdish cultural center in Paris, suspect arrested

Three people were killed Friday in a shooting attack in a Kurdish cultural center in Paris. 

Authorities says they have arrested a 69-year-old suspect in the attack and are considering a possible racist motive for the midday shooting, according to the Associated Press. 

At least four others were wounded in the incident including the alleged shooter, whom authorities say has a prior police record, including an arrest for attacking migrants living in tents.

Officials said the crime scene also included a restaurant and hair salon, the wire service also reports.
