McConnell appears to freeze again at press conference

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell on Wednesday appeared to freeze for more than 30 seconds while speaking at a press conference, after having a similar incident last month.
McConnell, 81, was speaking Wednesday at a press gaggle in Covington, Ky., when he paused for an extended period of time after a reporter asked him about whether he would run for reelection in 2026.
The Kentucky Republican then briefly responded to another question about Kentucky GOP Attorney General Daniel Cameron. When he was asked about former President Donald Trump, he brushed off the question because he typically does not talk about topics related to the former president, and then he left, according to NBC News.
