Singer R. Kelly was convicted Wednesday on multiple child pornography and sex abuse charges in his hometown of Chicago.

The federal jury found R&B singer Kelly, 55, guilty of three child pornography counts and three child enticement counts, The Associated Press reported.

The jury acquitted him on two charges, one relating to pornography and another on conspiracy to obstruct justice. The latter charge accused him of fixing a 2008 state child porn trial. He was also found not guilty on three charges of conspiring to receive child porn as well as two counts of enticement.

R. Kelly's two co-defendants were not guilty on all charges.

The singer was convicted last year on racketeering and sex trafficking charges. He was sentenced in June to 30 years in prison.
