President Donald Trump participates Tuesday afternoon in a Shamrock Bowl event at the White House for St. Patrick's Day.

Trump also met with Irish Taoiseach Micheál Martin at the White House where the pair talked about Europe. The meeting comes as the president is currently seeking international support for reopening the Strait of Hormuz amid the ongoing conflict with Iran.
