Team USA's golf captain Brandt Snedeker gave President Donald Trump "all the credit" after the team overturned a three-point deficit to defeat the International Team 17-13 at the Presidents Cup. 

It was the 11th consecutive win in the competition for Team USA, Mediaite reported. 

Trump visited the Medinah Country Club in Illinois prior to the final day's singles matches, greeting U.S. players on the first tee. The team had been struggling to recover after being outplayed for much of the previous three days. 

Following Team USA's comeback, Snedeker gave a shout-out to Trump. 

"He told me I was going to bring some energy today for you guys, you guys need it, and I told him if we did this, he gets all the credit. Thank you, President Trump," Snedeker said.
