Dan Bongino parts ways with Fox News
"They were good to me for ten years," he added.
Longtime Fox News commentator and host Dan Bongino and the network have parted ways, both parties confirmed Thursday.
Bongino announced his departure from the network on his podcast, saying "regretfully, last week was my last show on the Fox News channel."
"It's tough to say that. I'd been there doing hits and working there for ten years," he lamented. "So, the show ending last week was tough. It's not some big conspiracy... we just couldn't come to terms on an extension."
"They were good to me for ten years," he added.
Bongino had appeared as a commentator for years, before hosting a Saturday night program, "Unfiltered with Dan Bongino."
"We thank Dan for his contributions and wish him success in his future endeavors," Fox said in a statement.
