Ex-CNN anchor Don Lemon reportedly demanded a Tesla cyber truck and an upfront payment of $5 million while he was in talks with Tesla CEO Elon Musk for a show on the social media platform, X.

According to an exclusive report from the New York Post, some of Lemon's demands included a free Tesla cyber truck, a salary of $8 million, approval of any policies regarding X and a stake in the company.

The partnership between Musk and Lemon was announced earlier this year, but a spokesperson for X told the New York Post that the company “did not have a final or signed agreement with Don Lemon or ‘The Don Lemon Show.'"

This was prior to a sit-down interview between Musk and Lemon that took place last week, which Lemon is planning to release on Monday. Musk referred to Lemon as “dull” and “underwhelming.”

Other demands Lemon reportedly made include a private jet flight to Las Vegas and a suite for him and his fiancé.

The proposal with the list of demands was sent in December from Lemon's agents at United Talent Agency to X’s leadership and was reviewed by The Post, according to the outlet.

A spokesperson for Lemon denied The Post's reporting, stating “There is nothing in your list of demands that you claim Don made of X that is true. Literally nothing.”

Lemon told CNN's Erin Burnett on her show on Wednesday that he had asked Musk about his meeting with former President Trump and about his use of the drug ketamine, among other topics, according to CNN. He said that the interview will be shown on Monday on the first episode of "The Don Lemon Show," which he said can be seen on social media sites including YouTube and X, formerly Twitter.
