Top executive at TRUTH Social's parent company resigns

The chief operating officer of TRUTH Social's parent company resigned last month, The Associated Press reported, citing a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

COO Andrew Northwall resigned from Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. in late September after working with the company since December of 2021. 

The filing says that the company will “transition his duties internally.”

The company will also release just under 800,000 shares to one of its investors, ARC Global Investments II, pursuant to a Delaware court ruling.
