Combat Antisemitism Movement praises Trump win, encourages collaborative efforts to end antisemitism
The Combat Antisemitism Movement said the incoming Trump administration has the ability to make a difference.
The Combat Antisemitism Movement on Thursday praised GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump for his victory earlier this week and encouraged efforts to fight rampant antisemitism.
"The Combat Antisemitism Movement congratulates President-elect Donald Trump and newly elected and re-elected officials at all levels across the United States," the group said in a press release.
The group went on to cite a recent survey that showed over 60% of American Jews have faced antisemitism this year.
"We look forward to collaborative efforts that ensure antisemitism has no place in American society, building a safer and more inclusive nation for all," they stated.
According to a survey from CAM, there have been 127 new incidents of antisemitism globally this week.
The group said the incoming Trump administration has the ability to "make a difference."
