The United States and United Kingdom hit at least 30 Houthi targets in Yemen late on Saturday, according to reports.

US F/A-18 fighters struck targets that were linked to Iran-backed terrorist groups across 10 different locations, U.S. officials said.

The New York Post reports that the strikes were launched from the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower aircraft carrier and American ships from the Red Sea.

The targets hit include command and control operation centers and an underground weapons storage facility.

These strikes come shortly after U.S. forces on Friday conducted strikes against Iranian-backed militant forces in Syria and Iraq in retaliation for a drone strike on Sunday that killed three U.S. soldiers and injured dozens of others, including at least one who is in critical condition.
