She said she has not been feeling well recently and took a coronavirus test
New York Rep. Carolyn B. Maloney announced Monday she is self-quarantining as she awaits the results of a coronavirus test.
The New York Democrat who chairs the House Committee on Oversight and Reform explained that she has recently been feeling under the weather.
"Over the past 24 hours I have found myself feeling unwell. Out of an abundance of caution and after consultation with medical professionals, today I was given a COVID test & am self quarantining as I await the results," she said in a tweet.
