Hannity suggests it's time for McConnell to step aside as leader 'if you're not gonna fight'
"And Mitch if the choice, to be frank with you, is weak establishment Republicanism versus America first, I choose the latter," Hannity said on his television program.
Fox News star Sean Hannity sharply criticized Senate GOP leader Mitch McConnell on both his radio and TV shows Tuesday, suggesting it might be time for the Kentucky lawmaker to step aside from leadership.
"And Mitch if the choice, to be frank with you, is weak establishment Republicanism versus America first, I choose the latter," Hannity said on his television program.
"And Mitch McConnell, if you're not gonna fight, we deserve better," Hannity said. "You can go back to representing the people of Kentucky and let somebody that knows how to lead, lead."
