The person of interest in the New York subway attack on Wednesday was named a suspect in the crime.
The now-suspect was identified Tuesday evening, after the morning rush hour attack, as Frank Robert James.
The 62-year-old James allegedly opened fire inside a Manhattan-bound subway car pulling into a Brooklyn station, shooting 10 people. Thirteen others were injured in the attack.
