Georgia court of appeals cancels oral arguments over Fani Willis disqualification

The Georgia Court of Appeals on Monday unexpectedly canceled oral arguments related to President-elect Donald Trump's efforts to disqualify Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis from the 2020 election interference case.
Trump's team was appealing Judge Scott McAfee's ruling earlier this year that Willis could remain on the case despite her previous relationship with former special prosecutor Nathan Wade. The former prosecutor left the case after a court ruling that either he or Willis had to leave.
The former president was indicted earlier this year on 18 counts related to allegations that he interfered with the 2020 presidential election. Two of the charges against Trump were dismissed in September. He has pleaded not guilty to the rest.
