Judge orders GOP Rep. Perry to provide emails and texts to FBI in election probe

A federal judge this week ordered Pennsylvania Republican Rep. Scott perry to provide FBI agents with texts and emails as part of their probe into efforts to challenge the 2020 election results.
U.S. District Judge James Boasberg, in a Monday decision, permitted Perry to withhold 396 messages on constitutional grounds, but ordered that he hand over 1,659 other communications, "ABC News reported. Perry's personal cell phone was seized last year.
