The jury selection for the sex trafficking trial of Sean "Diddy" Combs opens Monday in New York City.

The trial is expected to last for eight weeks. If Combs is convicted, the music mogul could spend decades in prison, according to The Associated Press.

Combs faces charges of transportation to engage in prostitution, racketeering and sex trafficking. He was arrested in September 2024 in Manhattan and has pleaded not guilty to all charges.

His arrest came after a months-long investigation that included raids on his homes in Miami, Florida and Los Angeles, California.

Combs requested bail last year, but the request was denied.
