The 15-year-old high school student who was last month found guilty of raping a classmate in a school bathroom has pleaded no contest on charges of abduction and sexual battery in a second assault case.

He reached a plea deal Monday in which he accepted the facts of the case but did not admit guilt.

The student was arrested in July and charged with forcibly sodomizing a female peer in May. The Loudoun County Public School system transferred the student to a separate high school as investigators processed initial DNA evidence, where the teenager again, allegedly, assaulted a female student on October 6 when he forced her into a classroom.

Late last month, the teen was found guilty of the July charges.

Initial reports suggested the teenager identified as "gender-fluid" and therefore, according to school policy, permitted to enter the women's restroom where he assaulted the first of two victims.

The double assault created a stir among Loudoun County parents following a Daily Wire exposé last month. Additional reporting found that Loudoun County Public Schools superintendent Scott Ziegler had initially said during a school board meeting in June that he was unaware of any pending cases of sexual assault in the district, despite internal emails that ultimately proved he had notified neighboring districts that police were investigating the incident on the day it occurred in May.
