President Donald Trump on Tuesday excoriated the Supreme Court over its decision to stop the implementation of his mail-in voting order for the midterms, saying they dragged the process out and avoided the issue by saying it was too late to make changes.

"Republicans just got another bad decision from the United States Supreme Court, one that the Court System took forever to give, and then blamed it, in part, on no time left to implement a solution to our totally CORRUPT and out of control Mail-In voting 'disaster,' which is a laughing stock all over the World, and where we are the only country that has to endure such a Nation Destroying SCAM," he posted on Truth Social.

He further praised Associate Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito, both of whom dissented in the ruling. Trump went on to lament a series of prior defeats at the Supreme Court, including on birthright citizenship and tariffs.

"The Court’s inability and unwillingness to do the right thing for our Country will go down, in a very negative way, in the annals of History," Trump went on. "This Supreme Court is bullied and cajoled by the Radical Left into making decisions that have set America back at least a hundred years. These are not the people I interviewed to serve on the United States Supreme Court[.]"

All three of Trump's appointed justices, including Amy Coney Barrett, Brett Kavanaugh, and Neil Gorsuch, voted against the administration.
