The Department of Homeland Security is actively investigating a viral incident in which anti-Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) called to hang DHS Secretary Kristi Noem and to kill federal agents.

Viral footage from independent journalist Olivia Scootercaster showed a large crowd shouting "Kristi Noem will hang" and "save a life, kill an ICE."

"Homeland Security investigators are on it," Deputy DHS Secretary Tricia McLaughlin confirmed to Just the News.

The viral chants and investigation came after the ICE-involved shooting of Renee Good in Minneapolis, Minn. Good was killed after using her vehicle to impede ICE operations in the city. Video footage appeared to show her vehicle impact an agent before he opened fire.

DHS and President Donald Trump have defended the agent's conduct as self-defense.
